Stop The Self-Defeating Mindset

mindset and goals May 28, 2022

Is your glass 1/2 full or 1/2 empty?

Our mindsets can impact your outcome and determine the way you think and feel. A high level of stress most likely increases the risk of death.

Science is beginning to validate the power of the mind-body relationship that the bible talks about. Body, Soul, and Spirit connection. It is all inner connected.

It is important to pay attention to your belief system. Where are your thoughts coming from, how valid are they, and how does it impact the quality of your life?

Key Bible Verse: Proverbs 23:7

For as he thinks in his heart, so is he. "Eat and drink!" he says to you, But his heart is not with you.

You will not only learn God's truth to find peace but learn what God says about who you are instead of listening or believing what others have said about who you are.

The brain is neuroplastic, a neuro network that continues to grow, change, and reorganize through our lifespan. You can change your mindset by learning and consciously choosing to believe who you are in Christ vs. what others have said negatively that you still believe.

Mindsets are changeable. Again, thoughts determine feelings that can trigger anxiety.
